How can you manage your billing?
You are able to manage your billing directly from the Billing tab of your account page.
To get there you can click on your name or picture in the top right of the header and select My Account.
You can then select the Billing tab.
From here you can:
- View/update your saved credit card.
- View/cancel your payments (i.e. subscriptions and payment plans).
How to update a saved credit card
The saved credit card is the one that will be used for any future payments.
To update this card, from My Account > Billing, you can hit Edit.
On the next screen, you will need to fill out the details of the new card and hit Update.
From this page, you can also Delete your saved card. Before you do that, you will need to cancel any subscriptions or payments plans assigned with the existing card first!
How to cancel your recurring subscription
To end recurring payments, from My Account > Billing, you can hit Cancel for that subscription or payment plan.
The subscription will then change to “Cancelled” in Stripe, and you will automatically lose access to the associated content at the end of their billing period.
